We have configured below mentioned topics in Naturals POC cluster.
Network Interface - LAN & WAN
SD-WAN Rule
WLAN
1. Network Interface - LAN & WAN
First we have configured WAN port on WAN which is DHCP and LAN5 as Secondary DHCP wan, and LAN has been configured on LAN1,LAN2 and LAN3 configuration as below.
you can check interface configuration from Profile > Network Interface
1.1 Default WAN (WAN) - DHCP metric value of 1 configured on Physical WAN port
1.2. Wan2 (Secondary WAN) - DHCP metric Value of 80 and Physical LAN5 port
1.3. Default LAN (LAN) 192.168.1.1/24 configured on physical LAN1,2,3
2. Wireless LAN : In which we have define which SSID should be visible with authentication method
Go to Cluster > Profile > Wlan
Here we have mentioned SSID name As "Naturals" and authentication we have used WPA2 and Default_lan we have selected which we have created in network interface section.
3. SD-WAN Rule for Active-Active Traffic: SD-WAN rule define redundancy of WAN up link where we assign both WAN links and provide priority.
you can check SD-WAN Rule configuration by following below steps.
here we have configured both links as Active-Passive Load-balancing.
Your Cluster > SD-WAN > SD-WAN Rule
As below we have gave name to profile as Multiwan and Check interval value as 2 sec every 2 sec system will check both links failure.
On first interface we have selected Default WAN for Gateway Mode interface and applied default SLA.
set Weight as 1 and Priority as High. Secondary link Set as Medium Priority.
Weight define packet distribution and Priority define Link Priority it self , Because we have gave same weight and same priority it will work as Active-Active and Load-Balancing.
Packet will go on primary link connected to wan port if it goes down then traffic will shift to secondary link connected to LAN5 .
